
Made from carefully selected beans from the best Central American and Brazilian plantations, the Cova blend combines six different Arabica blends. Each bean is selected after harvesting to ensure consistent product quality.

Each blend is individually roasted before it is mixed with the others. This particular, entirely hand-performed process makes for surprisingly high-quality results given that each blend differs in terms of moisture content, roasting time and bean size. Particular care also goes into the cooling process: our beans are exclusively air-cooled, as opposed to water-cooled, to prevent the coffee from absorbing moisture and increasing in weight.
